Our client, the eBusiness Council, included representatives from 2 core brands and 2 core support business units, each of which had its own strategic objectives, tactical requirements, and personnel issues; the four groups lacked a concrete, common Vision.
Solution
  • By facilitating periodic Visioning sessions over the course of six weeks, Morningstar helped the council come to consensus around a cross-brand eBusiness Vision.
  • In parallel with this “Inside-Out” Visioning approach, Morningstar worked with smaller cross-brand teams to identify the strategic planning implications of the Visioning work.
