At Morningstar, a substantial portion of our internal work has gone toward defining and agreeing upon our values, and there is no place in the firm for consultants who won’t unconditionally uphold them.

In order to reinforce our values of Personal Responsibility and Authenticity, all consultants are expected to explicitly and sincerely embrace the Morningstar Code.
