Morningstar is more an expression of its founder's philosophies of life than a traditional consulting firm. We believe that:

	Business is both a philosophical and a pragmatic pursuit
	Business executives need to leverage this inherent polarity in order to achieve their fullest leadership potential

It is our goal to deepen the art of business so that it comprehends the fundamental nature of this philosophical component. This goal is reflected in our own Purpose, Values, and Vision statements.
