Morningstar Consulting Group Announces Leadership and Strategic Alignment Workshops

Rochester Hills, MI - December 12, 2003 - Morningstar Consulting Group announced today Greatness: The Leadership Calling™ and Strategic Alignment: Driving Business Results™, two workshops designed to help executives master both the underlying principals and the practical tools needed to face the strategic, tactical, and organizational challenges of doing business in today's environment.

The workshops will be offered in Detroit, Chicago, and Orlando, and will be facilitated by Morningstar Partners Ahmed Yehia, John Strelecky, Joe Morrow, and Vince Cavasin. Greatness: The Leadership Calling™ will be held on January 29-30, 2004 in Detroit; on February 5-6, 2004 in Chicago, and on February 12-13, 2004 in Orlando. Strategic Alignment: Driving Business Results™ will be held on February 19-20, 2004 in Detroit, on February 26-27, 2004 in Chicago, and March 4-5, 2004 in Orlando. Complete information is available by calling 248.693.0888, emailing workshops@mscgi.net, or visiting www.mscgi.net/workshops.

"The content presented in these workshops represents the culmination of years of research and experience," said Joe Morrow, Morningstar's Managing Director. "Greatness: The Leadership Calling™ is based on the Leadership Diamond® framework, created by philosopher Peter Koestenbaum; our Partner Ahmed Yehia has been successfully using this framework to enhance leadership capabilities at Fortune 1000 companies for more than 10 years.

"Strategic Alignment: Driving Business Results™ is based on the Strategic Foundations™ framework, which is the result of Morningstar's research and our experience helping companies achieve employee alignment around common Passion, Purpose, Values, and Vision in the context of Reality," continued Morrow.

Greatness: The Leadership Calling™ is intended to help executives and managers unleash leadership potential in their organizations. Participants in this highly interactive workshop will learn powerful new techniques for dealing with ambiguity and paradox, for overcoming the "stuck points" that inhibit both individual and organizational progress, and for holding polarity-the condition that arises when one must make a decision involving two equally crucial yet opposing options.

Strategic Alignment: Driving Business Results™ is intended to help executives and managers improve their organizational strategies by considering the deep underlying principals of Passion, Purpose, Values, and Vision, in the context of environmental Reality, and by applying these principles in the creation of an organizational culture of performance and success.

Each workshop is conducted in an intimate setting, with no more than 30 participants. Participants learn to use the tools of each framework in a highly interactive way, by applying them to examples from their own business experience. Through small group work, participants learn not only from their own experiences but from those of teammates from diverse industry backgrounds. This format encourages cross-pollination of ideas, making the learning experience even more valuable.

The registration deadline for each workshop is 7 days prior to the first day of the workshop. Call 248.693.0888, email workshops@mscgi.net, or visit www.mscgi.net/workshops for tuition and other information.
