Greatness: The Leadership Calling™
This workshop introduces the Leadership Diamond®, a powerful framework created by
philosopher, author, and business consultant Peter Koestenbaum, PhD. Greatness: The
Leadership Calling™ is different from typical Leadership offerings because while the
tools it equips you with are pragmatic, they are deeply rooted in the timeless wisdom of
philosophy: they illuminate and hold polarity among the fundamental components of
Greatness—Ethics, Courage, Reality, and Vision—rather than prescribing a list of
standard management principles.
In this workshop, you will learn to use the power of the Leadership Diamond® to expand
your leadership capacity and your organization's aggregate leadership capacity. Because
leaders are typically highly leveraged across a company, expanding their capacity creates
significant value at all organizational levels.
