Methodology
The workshop introduces the Strategic Foundations
framework in a highly interactive way. Participants are guided through exercises in which
they use the framework to:

Determine their own Passion,
Purpose, Values, and Vision |

Align them with those of their
organization in order to improve business results and increase employee productivity |
This process of discovery and alignment is done in the
context of current Reality, which includes traditional factors such as economic, industry,
and market considerations, as well as the specific challenges facing participants
organizations.
The workshop is conducted in an intimate setting, with at
least three Morningstar facilitators and no more than 30
participants. |
